In recent decades, important public works have been completed in Italy, both in the road sector, which mentions the lots of the Messina Palermo motorway, the Lungoirno of Salerno, the Anas variants of Cesana and Claviere, the Macrolotto n. 2 of the Salerno – Reggio Calabria motorway, the SS16 Adriatica, the SS38 Variante of Tirano, the SS340 Regina, both in rail-tram transport, with the Passante Ferroviario of Palermo and the Tramway of Palermo, with three lines already operational and a further three in the execution phase and in Catania with the two large lots of the Ferrovia Circumetnea, both in the hospital sector (Hospitals of Milan, Turin and Novara).

The company is also involved in the sector of Motorway ConcessionsThe first experience was the construction of the Pedemontana Veneta toll highway, a 100 km long artery crossing the provinces of Vicenza and Treviso, with a value of approximately €2,3 billion. This initiative, in addition to consolidating the company's expertise and order portfolio, served as a catalyst for the acquisition of further important concessions both nationally, such as the extension of the route with the Iesolo Mare link road, the A3 Naples-Pompeii-Salerno motorway, the A5 Turin-Quincinetto motorway, the A21 Turin-Piacenza motorway, the Turin ring road, and the Santhià link road in Italy. INC is also present in large concessions of Brazil, with the contract of Rodoanel Metropolitano of Belo Horizonte (Minas Gerais).
